Mansfield Plumbing launches high-efficiency urinal (HEU)
that uses only 1/2 gallon per flush

PERRYSVILLE, Ohio (Aug. 13, 2014) – Now builders, plumbers and contractors can help facilities save water and money with a new affordable HEU.
Mansfield Plumbing Products (Mansfield) today announces its new 401HE Adam Urinal. The new high-efficiency model carries the same price point and performance as Mansfield’s original Adam Urinal.
Using only .5 gallon per flush (gpf), the new WaterSense™ certified 401HE Adam Urinal also features an external trapway. This feature makes the HEU ideal for replacing less-efficient, external-trapway urinals.
“Many older structures still feature water-wasting urinals that can use up to 10 times more water,” says Adriana Miller, product manager for Mansfield Plumbing. “With so many retrofit opportunities out there, our new HEU is the affordable solution. The 401HE Adam can also help trade professionals in many states secure vouchers and rebates.”
The 401HE joins Mansfield’s extensive line of HETs and HEUs, including its Brevity Urinal, which uses only .125 gpf.
