New President Leads Mansfield into the Future

Chicago, IL – April 20, 2006 – We are pleased to announce that Jim Morando has been appointed as the new President of Mansfield Plumbing Products effective March 1, 2006.

Jim's former position was President of Tarkett Wood, the second largest hardwood manufacturer in North America, where he had overall P&L responsibility. His direct reports included manufacturing, sales, marketing, research and development, finance and human resources.

Jim's experience will be very valuable to his new role at Mansfield ® . He has been directly involved in selling building products to wholesalers, national home builders and large home improvement retailers and has implemented successful strategies to build profitable growth of all channels.

Jim brings over 14 years of proven success with companies such as Congoleum Corporation and Newell Rubbermaid. In particular, he has demonstrated to be a successful leader with a strategic vision, results orientation and excellent team work.
