Mansfield® Opens New Southeastern Distribution Center

Perrysville, OH – January 10, 2006 - Mansfield® Plumbing Products LLC is proud to announce the addition of a new 100,000 square foot Distribution Center in the greater Atlanta, GA area the first week of April, 2006. The newest Southeastern facility adds to Mansfield's extensive network of Distribution Centers, including the 60,000 square foot operation in Perrysville, 200,000 square foot operation in Fontana, CA and the 200,000 square foot operation in Loudonville, OH.

“The expansion of our distribution network into the Southeast is a natural extension of our supply chain driven by explosive regional sales growth and projected population growth due to changing demographic trends” stated Dave Kiesling, Vice President of Logistics for Mansfield® Plumbing Products. “As we increase productivity, Mansfield's investment will improve our supply chain and provide logistical efficiencies to support the growing regional demand. Addition of a new distribution center provides Mansfield® with a strong platform to better serve our customers, provide faster lead times and facilitate will call orders more efficiently.”

The new distribution facility will be operated by a third party organization and staffed by 10-12 shipping and receiving employees. In addition to its 100,000 square foot floor capacity the building has a 25-foot clear ceiling height and 12 easily accessible dock doors.
